We build custom homes from the foundation up — no spec floor plans, no prefab packages. The design starts with how you live: your lot, your family's habits, your budget. We manage the whole process ourselves, so there's one number to call when you have a question or a concern, from the first permit application through the final inspection.
We work across Mercer and Lawrence County and know the local zoning boards, building departments, and the land conditions that affect how a foundation has to be set here. That local knowledge is part of what you're paying for.
